We are not liable for indirect losses, missed connections, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control (weather, strikes, road closures, etc.).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Heraklion, Crete.
